We more than doubled the number of participants and raised $22,800 for ALS research at the Emory ALS Center! On behalf of ALS patients, their families & caregivers, the Emory ALS Center, THANK YOU. To Crossroads Hopsice, and all of our sponsors—we could not host this event without you. Thank you for your sponsorship, your support, and your kindness. To The Avenue Forsyth – your hospitality and encouragement makes your property the very best venue we could ever hope for.

We are grateful to Girls on the Run Forsyth for partnering with us for this year’s race. The smiling faces of the young girls in pink shirts brightened everyone’s day. And most of all, to the many PALS (Persons with ALS) who shared your morning and traversed the course with us – YOU are the reason we host this event; YOU inspire us to never give up in our mission to STOP ALS.

Results are posted at results.active.com/pages/page.jsp?eventID=1819830&pubID=3

We hope all of you will be able to join us next year for the 5th Annual ALS Run for Life 5K – MAY 7, 2011.
We’ll see you next year at The Avenue Forsyth.

With deepest gratitude,

The Duffy Family
